Who is on the Key IT team?
The Key IT team is a group of Melbourne IT and cybersecurity specialists — technicians and a cyber security analyst, supported by business development and accounts — working from our Greensborough headquarters in Melbourne's north-east. Every engineer on the team is security-certified, so whoever picks up your ticket understands security, not just IT.

Sam Triantis, our Business Development Manager, is normally the first person you speak to about new work, and he helps work out what your business needs from its IT and security.
Day-to-day support
Peter Fotias, one of our technicians, looks after helpdesk requests, troubleshooting and onsite IT support across Melbourne. Elias Koziris, Key IT's owner, is also a working technician and takes on the trickier problems.

Are Key IT's engineers based in Melbourne?
Yes. Key IT's engineers work from our Greensborough headquarters in Melbourne's north-east and visit clients onsite across Melbourne and the CBD. Businesses outside Melbourne, including in regional Victoria, are supported remotely. There is no offshore support desk.
Are your staff security-certified?

Overnight and on weekends, Key IT's 24/7 SOC service keeps watching for threats, just as it does during the working day. Our Melbourne engineers run the helpdesk Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and for managed clients an engineer on our rotating on-call roster handles urgent problems out of hours.
