How does Key IT partner with Microsoft?
Key IT works with Microsoft in two ways: we supply your Microsoft cloud licences, and our engineers set up, secure and support the Microsoft 365 and Azure environments those licences run. That means the people who supply your licences are the same people who support them when something goes wrong.
- Microsoft New Commerce Experience (NCE) — we license, bill and support Microsoft 365 and Azure directly through Microsoft's current commerce model, on one Australian invoice.
- Microsoft 365 and Azure support — the same security-certified engineers who supply your licences set up, secure and support Microsoft 365 and Azure day to day.
Networking and infrastructure
- Cisco Meraki, HP / HPE, Aruba and UniFi — the network hardware our engineers design, deploy and support day to day. Our business network setup in Melbourne is built on this hardware, with segmented Wi-Fi and a firewall connected to Key IT's 24/7 SOC service.
Which security tooling partners does Key IT work with?

How do you check an IT provider's accreditations?
