Recent incidents
Scheduled host patching — Private Cloud
Planned overnight security patching of cloud host servers, announced a week ahead. Workloads moved between hosts as each was updated; a small number of servers paused for under two minutes during their move. All confirmed healthy by 1:30am.
Brief latency on Private Cloud during host patching
While patching one cloud host, virtual machines on it ran slower than usual for about half an hour as a storage path rebalanced. No data was lost and nothing went offline. We've adjusted the patch sequence so the rebalance now finishes before the next host starts.
Inbound email delivery delays
An upstream provider issue at the email security gateway queued some inbound messages for up to an hour. Nothing was lost — queued mail delivered automatically once the link recovered, and we added a second filtering path to clear future queues faster.
Carrier fault on a primary internet link
A carrier fault took down one upstream link. Traffic and calls failed over to our backup carrier within minutes; some calls in progress dropped and were reconnected. We stayed on the failover until the carrier confirmed their line was stable, then moved back.
Client Portal slow to load
A database index issue made the portal slow to open tickets for about 45 minutes. Phone and email support were unaffected the whole time. We rebuilt the index and added an alert so we catch this one early next time.
